My name is Penny and I'm the Owner of Lax Beauty Bar. I have been in the beauty industry for over 24 years and I absolutely love it!
I especially love working with blondes, dimensional colors, creative haircuts and helping my clients express themselves through hair. One of my true passions lies behind the chair, making people feel beautiful and connecting with clients on more of a personal level.
